We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories outside the continental United States. We do not ship internationally.
Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Delivery time: After processing, delivery within the contiguous United States usually takes 3–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, carrier delays, and incorrect addresses can extend delivery time.
Shipping cost: Standard shipping is free for all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There are no additional shipping charges added at checkout.
Carrier: We use established carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order destination and package size. The specific carrier for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
Address accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in that situation, and we will explain them before reshipping.
Order tracking: When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address you used at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after ordering, please contact us.
